Property is in a nice development, very quiet and many good neighbours. The room includes a Double bedroom with double bed and mattress(mattress protector included), fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Central heating, constant hot water and use of separate bathroom, landlord has own en-suite.

Access to living room with high speed wifi.

Access to kitchen with units(refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster).

Parking is available on the main road no permits required.

Good transport links property is close to Streatham Common and Norbury Rail stations both 10 mins walk, Mitcham Eastfields is 15 mins walk. 15 min walk to Strestham Common bus station. Buses available within 2 mins walk of the property, 60, 118,152, 255 bus routes go towards Balham, Brixton, Streatham, Norbury, Purley Way and Croydon.

Lidl supermarket and Shell petrol station around the corner from the property. All bus routes go to all high streets if you prefer not to drive. Bike store available outside property(at own risk) or you can hire secure bike storage located 3 mins from property.

Large choice of restaurants and fast food on London Road(10 mins walk) include; KFC, Fish & Chips, Burgers/Kebabs, Steakout and Dawat restaurants to name a few.

You will be living with live in landlord so you don’t have to worry about living with a random stranger. I keep myself to myself and am generally laid back as well as enjoy going out every now and then. However, if you are the type to keep yourself to yourself then that’s perfectly fine with me.

Would be suitable for someone with a halal, vegetarian or vegan diet.
