We have an available double bedroom in a first-floor flat from 1st May 24and we want to find a tidy, professional addition to the household.

Bedroom:
It is very bright, with lots of storage and a double bed. It comes furnished, although furniture can be removed on request if you want to bring in your pieces. too One bedroom in the flat is en-suite, so you must share the bathroom/toilet with ONE person only, once the room is occupied

Flat:
The flat has a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a SEPARATE fridge for each tenant, and a vast garden shared between the two apartments in the building. By the way, the house used to be an old church/mosque (still debating) and is converted to a flat building now, so the house is very spacious, has high ceilings, but is also full of character!

FREE PARKING!!

Bills:
Rent is paid monthly and bills are shared equally between all the tenants. Council tax and broadband are included in the rent. Smart energy meters are installed in the flat so you can see your daily/ weekly expenses and control them accordingly. Gas/ electricity/ water bills are being split equally between the tenants.

Travel By Train: (Streatham Common Train Station is an 8-minute walk away, taking you to:)
Balham Underground Station in 5 minutes.
Victoria Underground Station in 15 minutes.
Clapham Junction Train station in 10 minutes.

Close by, there are Streatham and Tooting Common parks and also Lido where you can swim in open air swimming pool

Housemates:
Currently, we have Ave, a boy in his 30s who is professional and very sweet. He has an en suite bedroom with his private bathroom and toilet and a new tenant, a professional and adorable Spanish girl in her 20s, who is moving in on 1st April (whom you must share the bathroom with). Both are sweet people to have a chat with, but also busy with work and like their own time too. :)
