Two rooms next to Streatham Common

I have 2 available rooms in a 3 bedroom, end of terrace house, both rooms are on the 2nd floor, which has the main bathroom(shared between the 2 rooms), there is a separate shared living room and my bedroom, bathroom/office on the ground floor.
The house is 3 mins walk to Lidl, 5 mins to Streatham Common, 8 mins to Norbury Station, fom Norbury station by train Balham is 7 mins, Clapham Junction 15mins, Victoria 20mins, Gatwick Airport is easy to get to in around 45 mins total.
I bought the house a year ago and since been living on my own doing some redecorating/ fixing up the garden before I was living in share houses etc. Im 36 easy going aussie and work as an accountant.
I would like to fill the rooms together at around the same time so we all have agreement on eachother. thanks for reading my ad!
