Welcome! My name's JJ and my 3 friends and I are looking for a new housemate. Simone is moving out, after roughly 7 months as she is moving in with friends closer to central.
About us: It's me, Mike, Liv and Tom, we're really easy going and are very social, cook for each other infrequently (rules are... cooker cooks and eaters clean up after!) Mike's the best cook I've lived with and he won't even let me help... apparently I'm not qualified to cut parsley! We enjoy a bottle of vino/cocktail, crap films/TV, and the occasional trek around the Surrey Hills/parks around South London, we're working professionals - ages between 22-37.
About who we're looking for: someone that is chilled out, house proud, social and like to chill out but also want their own space - people that are not looking for a party house.
About the house: the house is huge, over 2,000sq ft with communal spaces: a south facing garden (perfect for BBQ's), massive lounge, reading room (working from home space) and a massive kitchen with a dinning area. It has all the modcons you'd expect including a dishwasher with all essential amenities.. I can't showcase it with the 9 photo limit on Spareroom. You'll be sharing the top floor with 1 other and a bathroom with just 1 other.
About the room: the room is over 200sq ft that includes a chest of draws, double bedframe and mattress (6 months old), 2 x bedside tables, wardrobe, chairs and dressing table - everything in the photo with the matching white.
About the location: it is located a literal 3 minute walk from Streatham Common station which is around 10mins to Clapham, 20mins to Victoria and 30mins to London Bridge. There's a massive Tesco express 6 minute walk and great pubs, gyms, dojo's and shops within 5 mins.
About the bills: literally all bills are included in the price, gas + electric, council tax, WI-FI, Water & TV License fee - the bills come to a total of £134.44 per person and I will send an itemised list. across to you so you have it to hand,
