Dbl room for professional

We are 3 professional over 40 (age is just a number😅) looking for a new housemate to join our small community in 4 bedroom house. We like our privacy but also like to have a chat here and there while cooking a meal, drinking coffee/tea or chilling out in the dining room or garden.
Our place is tidy, cosy and quiet and we are looking for someone who would aprieciate it and share same values. Party times are behind us 🤭🫣
We like to chill in the garden in warmer months, I love gardening, Marcin like to fix staff around the house. We are people with artistic soul, like long meaningful conversations about Univers, music, as well as about everyday life.
I'm personally going for yoga classes in the evenings, love plants which are all over the place 😁 making house more homey, and lately read about astrology 🤩
I work in a local nursery, I love children, I am very interested in brain development, personal and spiritual development, and I go away once every month or two to take a break from the city.
Marcin is an introvert and likes his space, from time to time he engages in interesting conversations. He is interested in music (like reellyyy intetested) and he likes English humor. In his free time he tinkers. He is father of two children (16 and 9) who visit him on the weekends.

Room for rent is big, furnished (queen size bed, shelfs, wardrobe, dresser) but we don't mind to put some of the furniture away if you have your own as well as add some extra staff if you need a desk or anything.
There is easy access to the busses (3 -5 min walk) torward Brixton (~20 min with bus) and Tooting Broadway (~5 min by bus or ~30 min walk), Streatham Cimmkn train station is just 10 min away and in 20 min you can get to Victoria Station.
In the area are 2 parks, shops, leisure center.
