Double room in Streatham (SW16). Would be living with two lovely professionals in their mid 20s (one works at battersea dog home and the other is a support worker). The future tenant would have to share a bathroom with one of these girls. The living room & kitchen & garden are all shared.

✨There is also a parking space at the front of the house that none of us use.✨

Rent is paid on the 9th of every month and this room is available from the 9th December.

Rent is £765 and £100 is paid to a joint account every month for bills (sometimes requires more money to be sent for bills depending on electricity usage etc). The future tenant would also have to pay a deposit and £50 for the contract to be changed with their name added.

- Close to the gym
- Travel: 6 min walk from streatham common station (train), 8 min walk from streatham station (thameslink & train), 15 min bus to Brixton or Tooting (tube).
