Homely Double Room - Near Streatham Common Station

We are looking for a working professional to fill a room in this homely chilled out flat in Streatham.

We are very low key and it’s a chilled atmosphere on the whole, especially during the week. We all like a little time to ourselves so you’d need to be on board with that vibe.

Ideally, looking for another female as you and Aimee will be on the same floor and share a bathroom.

Mark has his own space upstairs with an en suite, he is chatty and friendly, he does also share the living room/kitchen with us.

We have 2 great outside spaces - a cute patio and a huge terrace upstairs which is great in the summer.

The flat would best suit another independent person with a busy lifestyle of their own but also likes to socialise from time to time! It would be nice to have someone who is easy going and has a good sense of humour. It is a must that you are clean and tidy and respectful of others / the space we share and call home.

Our private landlord is great, he fixes/replaces anything very quickly and is easy to get hold of. Rent £770 and Bills (roughly £150 pcm, although expected to fluctuate slightly, less in the summer) need to be paid on time monthly.

We are roughly a 6 min walk to Streatham Common Station, which has quick trains to central and is also one stop away from Balham underground. The 118 and 60 Bus stop is right outside that goes Brixton etc too. We have a co-op, corner shop, chicken shop, pizzeria, coffee and local pub all on our doorstep. Not far from Streatham for more shops/supermarkets, Tooting Bec Common and Streatham Common if you want a park.

Bedroom is a double, with enough space to move around. Comes fully furnished as seen in photos (minus the TV) There’s loads of extra storage in the flat and a cupboard and clothes rail to put extra coats/shoes in the hallway.

Works from home and on shoots
Into cycling, reading and the pub

Aimee - 34 - works in advertising from home and in the office one/two times a week. Into ice skating and real housewives
