Description
Hi Everyone!
Available from 21st of May.
Unfortunately my wonderful flatmate Jesse has decided to buy his own place. So, there's a room in my Streatham flat. It's a delightful space with bay doors that open into the garden. All utilities are covered, and the room comes furnished with a double bed, a small rail, a work desk and a set of drawers.
I'm specifically looking for a working professional like myself, aged 30 or above, with the option to work from home. My home is open to anyone. .
The flat is conveniently positioned between Streatham Common station (a 5-minute walk) and Streatham Station (an 8-minute walk), offering easy access to Victoria and City Thameslink respectively. Additionally, you can easily switch one stop away to catch the Northern line.
The apartment has HD TV, high-speed internet, Disney+, Prime, dishwasher, washing machine, high-pressure shower, tumble dryer, and more.....
The garden, nearly as sizable as the house itself, is particularly charming in the summer. It has a substantial BBQ, a firepit, and an expanding collection of garden furniture. I also have plans to introduce a greenhouse.
I'm 37-years-old, Scottish, who loves cooking, tending to my garden, hitting the gym, and exploring pubs and all that London has to offer. Extra points if you're fluent in Spanish, as I'm in the process of learning the language. I'm a senior product portfolio manager at a data company in central London and work remotely four days a week.
Feel free to ask any questions! Happy to do a virtual viewing.
Also, a cleaner comes every two weeks for a couple of hours which is mutually paid for, but pretty cheap!
Cheers,
Peter
