Double room in Streatham Common houseshare

Currently looking for a fourth housemate to replace our flatmate who is moving out to live with her partner at the end of November. The room is available from 1st December 2025.

We live in a spacious 4 bed, 2 bathroom house which is a short walking distance from Streatham common station (8-10 mins). The room available is a furnished double with double bed, mattress, double wardrobe and bedside drawer included in the room. There is also a small spare room which currently we use for washing, bike storage etc. But can and has previously been used as an office if your preference is to work out of your bedroom. We also have an open plan kitchen/living room (floor plan still has reception room listed which is now a bedroom) and a sun catching garden.

There are a number of smaller supermarkets within 5-7 minute walk and larger ones in 15 minute walk. Plus plenty of green spaces around (Tooting Common and Streatham Common both within 15 mins). There is a bus stop at the top of the road so easy access into central via Tooting Broadway alongside overground connections of Streatham Common Station and Streatham Station.

Current housemates are Mikki 30, Harry 31, Kieran 29. We‘ve all lived in London for a few years now and work hybrid wfh/office. We are looking for someone to join a friendly/tidy house.
