The room comes furnished with double bed, very spacious wardrobe unit, shelves and trunk. The attached bathroom has a powerful shower and all the useful fixtures and fittings required. The kitchen and dining room is a shared space and highlight of the flat. The kitchen has washing machine and dish washer.
I am an artist in my late 30s. I work both from my studio and the house. I am used to flat sharing and appreciate both a shared meal and story as well as independence to relax at the end of the day. I have a small dog and we enjoy a good walk and coffee / cake frequently on the Common. We have just moved to the flat, so it would be great to share recommendations of local places found.
