Sadly had a lovely flatmate currently but he's looking for more of a long-term living situation and will be moving out in July.
I am looking to rent my double room with a comfortable double bed, it has a large wardrobe, bedside table and a TV.
My flat is an open plan split level garden flat with an attractive outlook.
The flat is well located with a 5 min walk to Streatham common station and a 5 min walk from local amenities and local buses.

Must not work from home other wise we could be tripping over each other !!
