Double bedroom in Streatham common

We have a double room available in our house share which is located less than a minute from Streatham common station.

The room is located on the ground floor of a 3 bed house. We have a nice size living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk and large wardrobe. The house is about a 10/15 minute from a big Tesco, big Sainsbury’s, Aldi and M&S. there is also a small Sainsbury’s about 2 mins away.

Myself and Rennie have lived in the house for over a year and we are both relaxed and enjoy living in a house share with people that we can be friendly and hangout with. We like to hangout together when we are free so would want our new housemate to be someone that’s interested in that too. But we also have our stuff going on and respect each others space.

All bills are included.
