We have a double bedroom available in our lovely 2 bed garden flat. The room is currently part-furnished, there is a wardrobe and mattress. We will potentially be able to bring in a bed frame to make it fully furnished.

Available to move in on the 27th May (bank holiday) 2024. We are open to a sublet / short term contract for the right tenant (3 months minimum). in a peaceful area, with excellent transport connections to central London.

The other tenants would be myself & my partner & there is one double bedroom available for a new tenant to join us. Been in in the flat for 2 years and absolutely love it! We're looking for someone who is easy going, up for a laugh and the occasional movie night. We are both working creatives in the theatre industry. Ciaran also works at a cinema so lots of free tickets!

The spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen has fully opening double doors leading to the 50 foot south facing garden with a decking area. It's perfect for BBQs, sunbathing and entertaining. The garden has an outside office which will be a creative space and have a WFH desk.

There is plenty of storage space, including an under-stair cupboard. The garden has two side sheds for utilities and storage, perfect for bikes or garden equipment.

The kitchen is fitted with fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher all under 5 years old.

The property is Zone 3, and a 3 minute walk to Streatham Common overground train station which goes to London Bridge in 25 mins, Victoria in 20 mins and East Croydon in 15min. The northern line is accessible from Balham station which is 4 mins by train. There are also easy links to Brixton/Streatham High Road, leisure centre swimming pool, gym and ice rink, Tooting Lido.

The area has great local pubs and is in easy reach of open space of both Streatham and Tooting Common.

Parking permits are not required on the street, meaning ample availability for resident parking.

Bills are NOT included, total is about £100 a month. Lambeth Council Tax band C.
