Looking for one girl to take a double bedroom, comes with double bed and large built in wardrobes. Sharing a bathroom with only 1 other housemate.

Wanting a move in date to be June 2nd so would pay £495 for the 3 weeks. Rent then goes out on the 23rd each month.

10 minute walk to Streatham common station with direct trains to Victoria / London Bridge / Watford junction / Clapham etc

Current housemates 3 girls - About them: Hannah (22) (Australian) and a Design Graduate. Grace (23) works in Finance. Lily (24) from New Zealand. They all love a trip to the pub, music events, travelling and also a chill hangout. We want the house to very homey and a space where we all hang out.

Easy going, clean and social!! So theyre keen to find a housemate with who they can be friends with rather than just housemates (watch a movie together or go to the pub for an after work beer, etc).
