Short term bright double ensuite in female flat

Room available from 31st Aug > 26th Oct 2024 (8 weeks only).

Spacious and bright double room with ensuite near Streatham Common available for 8 weeks in September & October 2024. The flat is to share with one female flatmate only and there's an extra shared small room that is currently being used as an office, so there's workspace available. I'm looking for a non-smoking female sublet tenant. No couples or pets.

The flat is on the first floor of a victorian house, it's lovely and bright and split into two floors. Downstairs is an open plan spacious kitchen, with black stone worktop, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and big fridge freezer. Living room has a small kitchen table with 2 chairs and a comfy sofa, a nice shower room (shower to be shared) and the current flatmate's double bedroom. Upstairs is the small office room and the ensuite double room (to let).

Zoe (flatmate) is a professional working in sustainability. We value living in a tidy, positive and peaceful environment. We're both veggie but don't mind sharing the space with others that aren't as long as they clean after themselves.

I'm looking for someone respectful, considerate and friendly. Cleanliness and tidiness are fundamental, as well as respecting the quiet hours. This is a peaceful home, so no parties.

The flat is 8 minutes walk from Streatham Common station with trains to Victoria, London Bridge and Clapham Junction. There is a Sainsbury 7 min walk, Lidl 10 min walk, bus stop is 5 min walk, Leisure Centre and Tesco Extra 15 min walk. Streatham Common is 10 min walk away and 15 min is the lovely Rookery Gardens.

The room is available from 31st October until 26th October 2024 (8 weeks). The rent is £200 per week and the bills are included (council tax, fibre optic broadband, gas, water) . You'll be expected to pay £800 deposit to secure the room and the other £800 upon moving in. Also to share chores and maintain the shared areas clean and tidy. You will be required to provide proof of right to rent in the UK.
