It's just 2 mins walk from Streatham Common station (17 min direct train to Victoria) and 12 mins walk to Streatham Station (just over 20 min direct train to London Bridge, Blackfriars or Kings Cross). There are also multiple bus routes available. All amenities are close by including gym, swimming pool, several supermarkets and the shops/bars/restaurants of Streatham High Road. There is free on-street parking.
