Large sunny double in friendly laidback house

We have a room going in our lovely home near Streatham Common station (4 mins walk). Large double room which is unfurnished although has two built in wardrobes with cupboards above.

The house is very comfy with a garden, large kitchen, living/dining room, two bathrooms and a big conservatory great for yoga and drying clothes! The street is a quiet cul-de-sac with free on street parking. We are very happy here and we’re hoping to find someone looking for a nice place to live.

A bit about us:
Réka is the sweetest housemate, she is super busy with work in the creative sector and her hobby running ultra marathons and cycling.
Ruth works in the charity sector, volunteers at a museum, tutors english and loves the arts. When we’re home we like to relax, and sometimes manage to grab dinner and catch some tv together.

We’re looking for someone who likes home to be a place of calm, who will help look after the house and garden when they have time, and generally add to the positive energy of the house.

Bills not included and come to around £120 at the moment but this can go up and down a little. Our tenancy refreshes in February but we have the option to sign a new one year contract with the agency when the new person moves in (there’s a £50 signing fee which is annoying but can’t be avoided!).
