Double Room, Streatham Common

Double room available in 2 bedroom, 2nd floor flat in Streatham Common SW16 (Zone 3). I’m looking for a Male LGBTQ+ flat mate preferably. The flat has a bright shared open plan kitchen/ living room with a balcony and shared bathroom. 6 minutes walk from Norbury over ground station (Zone 3) and 15 minutes from Streatham common over ground station (Zone 3). A Large Sainsburys is 10 minutes away and the flats are located next door to a Lidl supermarket, with a number of gyms located in short distance (And a few nice pubs!!!!!). Busses 250, 109 and 50 also take you to Brixton (20 mins), Clapham High Street (30 Mins). the rent includes Council tax, Sky TV, Wi-Fi and a cleaner once a fortnight, who also cleans the bedrooms (And even changes the bedding!!). You would be living with a 42 year old down to earth, laid back, friendly, gay northern guy (that's obviously me!!). Cheers, Mike
