Great double room in Streatham Common

Hey there 👋

I'm looking for someone to take over my room because I'm moving out of London.

Rent is £760 a month. Bills aren't included but usually come to around £150ish each month - sometimes more or less depending on the season etc.

You'll be living in a three bedroom, maisonette-style place with a shared kitchen and living room. The bathroom is shared with just one other person (Lowri) as the other housemate (Mark) has an en-suite. We're ideally looking for another girl due to the shared bathroom space. Also sorry, but no couples or pets.

There's a living room, patio *and* roof terrace to hang out on, which is pretty unheard of. Also literally minutes away from the train station, great pubs and a shop right next door, so all super convenient.

A little about the flatmates...

Mark

36 and works as a TV producer. He likes cycling and will give you lots of book recommendations.

Lowri

30 and works as a behavioural support coordinator. She likes nice walks, good coffee and occasional pub trips.

The room...

Is a good size and comes furnished with a comfy bed (Emma mattress included), wardrobe, chest of drawers and matching smaller drawers, small standing unit and bedside cabinet. Definitely room to fit a desk if you wanted to.

The area...

In Streatham Common there's lots of great pubs and coffee places nearby. The apartment is only around a 5 minute walk to the station, which has really good links to Victoria and London Bridge if you're working in central - Balham tube station on the Northern Line is just one stop away.
