I have a spacious double room availabile in streatham common area.

It's friendly 4 bedroom flatshare just a short walk from Streatham Common Station, where you have excellent transport links to London Bridge and Central London, and also Clapham, balham which are also very close. The area has convenient supermarkets within a 5-minute walk and is close by parks (tooting commons, Streatham park), and loads of small cafes.

The room itself quite big, especially for the price. Plenty of room to add desks, tables, TV and a couch. Great for WFH 🖥️ or study. It comes furnished with a bed, desk and a clothes hanger (I'm giving them away for free)

You'll be sharing the flat with three sociable housemates, a mix of students and young professionals, creating a balanced and relaxed atmosphere. The neighborhood is peaceful and generally quiet.

There are two bathrooms in the house, so only sharing toilet/shower with 1 other person, and also a garden space which is nice in the summer.

Rent before bills: £635
Bill: approx £100 (give or take)
Deposit: £775

Ideally looking for somebody to fit in and be able get along with everybody else, and be moderately sociable. Students or professionals welcome 🙏

You'll be taking over the tenancy which lasts until May 2025, at which point can renew if you wish :)

Move in date is 26th Nov but I can be flexible
