Nice and quiet large double bedroom available near Streatham Common station in a newly refurbished 4-bedroom house. Spread over 3 floors, featuring a well-designed kitchen and separate dining room/reception, providing an ideal space for socializing and enjoying meals with housemates. The room comes furnished with a bed and huge wardrobe, plus additional storage throughout the house (including 5th bedroom that we use as laundry/storage room). There’s a large garden, perfect for frequent on BBQs and we also have a 3-year-old King Charles Spaniel named Luna, who is incredibly sweet, so this house is ideal for someone who loves pets.

The house is well-connected to central London, just one stop away from Balham, where you can access the underground. Direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge are available, and the station is a 10-minute walk away. The area boasts plenty of local amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, and Streatham Common itself, which is great for outdoor activities.

The room is available within 2 weeks notice, and bills are split equally among housemates. We have high-speed WiFi, double-glazed windows and central heating, ensuring comfort year-round. The contract ends in March 2026, so ideally we're looking for someone to replace our flatmate on the existing contract. References will be required through the agency we're renting from. Rent is £750 per month with a £865 deposit of 6 weeks rent.
