Lovely Room streatham Common

Our lovely housemate is moving out of flat in Streatham Common and is looking for someone to take my room. She can be flexible on the move in dates as she is moving back home preferably sooner rather than later

The boring stuff:
Bills aren't included but usually come to around £150ish each month - sometimes more or less depending on the season etc.

You'll be living in a three bedroom, maisonette-style place with a shared kitchen and living room. The bathroom is shared with just one other person me (Lowri) as the other housemate (Mark) has an ensuite. We're ideally looking for another girl due to the shared bathroom space.

There's also a patio and roof terrace to hang out on, great sun trap ☀️

A little about the us

Mark
36 and works as a TV producer. He's great at cooking, likes cycling and will give you the best book recommendations.

Myself:
I am 30 and work in adult services as a behaviour analyst, I have currently entered my coffee and walk era but also love a trip to the pub or out for dinner now and again

We all work hybrid roles, but doesn’t really feel like where all home when we’re WFH, happy for someone else that also WFH.

We are looking for someone in their late 20’s or 30’s to join

The room...

Is a good size and comes furnished with a comfy bed (Emma mattress included), wardrobe, chest of drawers and matching smaller drawers, small standing unit and bedside cabinet.

The area...

In Streatham Common there's lots of great pubs and coffee places nearby. The apartment is only around 5-10 minutes walk to the station, which has good links to Victoria and London Bridge if you're working in central - Balham tube station on the Northern Line is just one stop away.
