South London Double Room available

Recently lost my job sadly so looking for someone to replace me. There are four other guys living there, all around 23-24. Really nice guys, three are working professionals and one is a working PHD student.

The house has a shared living room, a nice big kitchen, a garden, and two bathrooms.

It is literally a 30 second walk from Streatham Common station, which has great connections. 30 minute train to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Victoria, 10 to East Croydon. 15 minute bus journey to Brixton, too.

There's lots of nice pubs and restaurants in the area and there's a huge Tesco, an Aldi, and an M&S a 10 minute walk away. Also there's a swimming pool and a gym a 10 minute walk away, too, and Streatham Common itself is just as close.

Rent is 910 a month and bills are monthly:

Council Tax - £37.50
British Gas - £30.80
Wifi - £7.90

Water is £45 every 5 months.

The room can be available as soon as you like. Looking to get someone moved in ASAP tbh so I'm not left paying rent without an income. Can do viewings whenever fits you!
