Hi! We have a lovely room available to let on the top floor of our house in Streatham Vale (under 5 mins walk from Streatham Common station).
You would have exclusive use of the toilet and shower room on the same floor. The bedroom is furnished and includes a spacious built-in wardrobe.
We live on the two floors below, although I do use my study on the top floor around two days a week when working from home.
The house has a driveway, and you’d be very welcome to park there.
I work in PR and my partner is a primary school teacher. We’re friendly, respectful, and looking for someone who will treat the house as their home too.
