Welcome! My name's JJ and my 3 friends and I are looking for a new housemate. Mike is moving out in roughly a month or so to move back down the road.
About us: It's me, Laurence, Chloe and Maria. We're really easy going, quite social, cook for each other infrequently (rules are... cooker cooks and eaters clean up after! We're looking for someone who's likeminded enjoys their own time and being social as the house is a good place for having people over and we have good pubs around us aswell! Everyone's around 29 years old and I'm 39 - young at heart!
About who we're looking for: someone that is chilled out, house proud, social and like to chill out but also want their own space - people that are looking for a social house.
About the house: the house is huge, over 2,000sq ft with communal spaces: a south facing garden (perfect for BBQ's), massive lounge, reading room (working from home space) and a massive kitchen with a dinning area. It has all the modcons you'd expect including a dishwasher with all essential amenities.. I can't showcase it with the 9 photo limit on Spareroom. Sharing a bathroom with 2 others - me and Mike.
About the room: the room is double of decent size. In terms of the furniture, it comes with a bed frame and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawes, table and chair - everything in the photo.
About the location: it is located a literal 3 minute walk from Streatham Common station which is around 10mins to Clapham, 20mins to Victoria and 30mins to London Bridge. There's a massive Tesco express 6 minute walk and great pubs, gyms, dojo's and shops within 5 mins.
About the bills: literally all bills are included in the price. The bills work out to be around £130per person. So rent is under £700 a month.
