Hello, we have a double room available in Streatham Common (SW16) i’m sadly moving closer to central for work. You would be living with Ciara, a 25 year old professional hoping to find a like-minded, easy-going person to share this lovely space with 🩷

- 5 min walk to Streatham Common Station with frequent trains to Clapham Junction, Victoria, London Bridge etc.
- 4 min train /20 min bus to Balham (Northern line)
-15/20 min bus to Brixton (Victoria Line)
-5 min walk to Large Sainsburys (Tesco, M&S, Aldi and Lidl also all walking distance)
- 3 min walk to small Sainsburys local

Requirements
- Ideally someone between 25-29
- Full time employment
- No students/ couples/ pets
-Non-smoker
- need to pass referencing*

About Ciara

-work hybrid (2/3 days a week from home)
-friendly & easy-going
-not a massive party animal, definitely prefer a night in to a night out
-Hobbies: hosting brunch/dinner parties, musical theatre, grabbing coffee with friends, going for walks, Pilates and cooking
-very clean & tidy (and would want someone who is the same)
-happy to live with someone and become friends but equally happy to just have someone who is just easy going & easy to live with

Move in can be somewhat flexible!
