I’m moving out of my beautiful room at the beginning of October as I’m heading east, so looking for someone to take over my beautiful room.

You’ll be taking over the contract, which runs until February and then renews for another year — but the landlord is very flexible with the contract (hence why i can move out before it ends) I have lived here 3 consecutive years previously with no issues.

We’re looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful—just the usual house rules to keep things comfy and chill for everyone 💫

✨ The room:

• Huge (honestly it’s massive) double attic conversion with your own ensuite

• £930/month (excluding bills)

• Bills are usually under £100 in summer and a bit over in winter

📍 Location:

• 5 min walk from Streatham Common Station

• Great transport links - 20 mins to central and nice local vibe

🏡 The house:

• Spacious and split across 3 floors

• 4 bathrooms (so no queues!)

• You’ll be taking over the contract which renews in Feb

• Currently there are 3 other female tenants in their late 20s, who are all lovely, clean, today and sociable (however have their own lives so keep busy and are not in your space all the time.)
