Gorgeous en-suite attic room with private study in Streatham Common

We're looking for someone to join our three-bed house in Streatham Common.

The room is a spacious attic with lots of storage and an en suite. It also comes with your own private study on the 1st floor - perfect if you work from home or just want a bit of extra space.

You'd be living with me (Millie) and Madeleine - we're both 27 and good friends. I work in marketing for a wine brand and Madeleine works in the civil service. I'm mostly in the office, Madeleine works a mix of home and office.

We're clean, easy to live with and like a chilled, friendly house - we do our own thing but always up for a chat, a drink, or a spontaneous dinner.

The house is a 5-minute walk from Streatham Common station (direct to Victoria + London Bridge) and 15 minute walk from Streatham station (easy for the city). We've got a garden with a bbq, a big kitchen and a shared living room - it's calm, cosy and gets lots of light.

~ the room is £1,300 per month + bills (usually around £100-130).
~ move-in date is october 1st
~ the contract runs until june 2026, with the option to renew.
~ deposit will roughly be around 1.1k but it is TBC
