We are two graduates and close friends who get along well and enjoy a range of interests including cycling, cooking, eating out, film and live comedy. We maintain a clean flat and prefer to keep noise relatively low in the evenings.

We have a nicely decorated living room with lots of natural light and a well-designed kitchen (with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer). One of the upstairs bedrooms is ensuite.
The flat is 12 minutes walk from Streatham Common station and a 10 minute bus ride from Tooting Broadway.
