Looking for a housemate between the ages of 30 and 39 , with a Full Time Office or Hybrid Job . Kind/Nice/Friendly/Sociable/No Drama person (not just stay in your room) , no short tempered or quick tempered or judgey individuals please. Please be neat , clean and hygienic (very important). If you are vegan/vegetarian please be okay with a carnivore as i eat meat and dairy products. No super religious people please.

Cool to hangout with on occasion, cook together , cinema outings , restaurant/pub , museums, gallery visits and the occasional rave if applicable. Preferably no smoking. Hard drugs and binge drinking is a hard no.

All races, nationalities and ethnicities welcome.

As for me I am a 38 years old professional , work in Engineering Design in Central London in a Full time hybrid job. Friendly , laidback, clean and neat. I enjoy global travel, reading , cinema, museums , art galleries , exhibitions , concerts , keeping fit/gym , the occasional rave & general pop-culture stuff among many other things. Also I am sometimes a homebody. (i am not the landlord , just a tenant)
