Double Bedroom in Streatham Common

Hey there!

I'm moving out of our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Streatham Common for new adventures——we're looking for someone to move in around the 16th of September (with the possibility of an earlier move-in).

We have a beautiful first-floor flat located right by Streatham Common Station. It's a super spacious flat with a gorgeous kitchen and living room, and an outdoor space by our front door. My room (which could be yours!)—located on the second floor—itself is truly massive, and gets loads of natural light.

The rent is £800/month. With bills (which are shared with the two other housemates), the total cost comes up to around £930/month (at most).

Streatham Common Station is right by the house (two minutes!), which gets you to Victoria in 20 minutes. Streatham Station is a 5-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk away.
Downstairs, we have a Sainsbury's Local, a couple of off-licences, and a gorgeous speciality coffee cafe. The giant Tesco Extra is located a 5-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk away. Streatham Common is also just a short 10-minute walk away.

Currently, I share the flat with the lovely Chiara and Elena, who are wonderful to live with. They work in mental health and fashion, respectively, and are Bachata dancers. We enjoy a little quiet TV time after work and generally prefer to keep a peaceful household, though we occasionally have friends and family come over. We've kept a really friendly and communicative household, and have a shared agreement on a cleaning rota. All this to say, I'm really going to miss living with them. I've been really happy in this house.
