Move in Wednesday 3rd September! Looking for an extra housemate due to a last minute drop out!
Hello! We have a double room available in a 4 bedroom house - the house is a 10 minute walk from Streatham Common station. It’s right next to a big Lidl, and around a 20-25 minute walk from a Tesco Extra, and there is a small co-op and Sainsbury’s around 5-10 minute walks from the house.
The house is very modern, the bedroom advertised is slightly smaller than the rest, but it’s still a good size and has all the furnishings included, and the rent is less for this room than the others in the house (700pcm). There are 3 bathrooms in the house, one of them is an en-suite which belongs to the largest room, so you’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. This bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The house has a small patio garden area and a big living room which is open plan with the kitchen.
Happy to give more details about the house and/or the housemates via message; we’re moving in on September 3rd (next Wednesday) so really looking for someone who can commit to this date and pay the deposit before Wednesday☺️
