A spacious double. The room does come unfurnished however, our previous housemate is selling a double ottoman storage bed, wardrobe and dresser (as seen in the photos). £450 for all or £399 for just the bed. Which is two years old and in great condition.

Rent: The rent is £650 per month before bills, after bills it comes to around £750 (subject to change).

Lease: 12 month (minimum)
