THE HOUSE
It’s a modern end-of-terrace house literally 3 minutes away from Streatham Common station, which is only 4 minutes on the train to Balham or 20 to Victoria and London Bridge ( but the trains run every half an hour)
Sainsburys local a few mins walk away and larger Tesco/Aldi/Sainsbury and The Gym are within 10-15 mins 🙂
THE ROOMS
The available room is on the ground with lots of natural light. It’s a large double with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers (desk not included)
Room 1 (ground floor)
- Available from the end of September/ beginning of October.
- £759 per month
- Deposit £825
- Council Tax: Lambeth D
EXTRA COSTS
Bills come to around £85 per month
And £15 which covers WiFi, Tv licence, contents Insurance, and council tax.
Total - approx £100
ABOUT US
You’ll be living with myself (26) Selina (27) and Kea (23)

I work in real estate and content creation, Selina works as a pianist and as a freelancer doing creative projects, and Kea works in music production. We’re all extremely chilled out, and enjoy chilling together, watching TV, going for drinks, doing a monthly hike with friends, and having deep life chats 😂 Of course we also enjoy our own space too and would love someone who was on a similar vibe, ideally aged between 23-28. Oh, and cleanliness is pretty key for us too!
If you’re looking , we’d be happy to meet you both!
BORING BITS
Here are the following documents that need to be provided for the landlord:
- Proof of employment
- Proof of Income
- Reference from previous landlord
The house runs on 1-year fixed contract, however, you would have to give 2 months notice to the landlord if you’d like to leave.
