Lovely double room available for weekday let

I'm looking for a weekday lodger - ideally 2-3 nights per week - at my flat on a lovely road around the corner from Streatham Common station and a 10-minute walk from Streatham station for easy access by train to Victoria, London Bridge, City Thameslink, Blackfriars, Farringdon and Kings Cross/St Pancras (all within 20-30 minutes).

Ideally a professional who needs to be office-based in London a few days a week, and who needs a friendly, quiet and peaceful place to relax in the evenings.

You'll have a lovely and bright double room with double glazing (no train noise at all), double bed with fresh linen each week, drawer and wardrobe space. The bathroom is shared with a large shower.

You'll only be sharing with one other person. This will either be me (male, 45 years old), or my ex-partner (female, 44 years old). We are amicably separated coparents who share the flat and use it when we are not looking after our children - who live permanently at another property. Typically we have a 4 day on, 4 day off schedule - so depending on the night you are there, you will be sharing the flat with me or her. There will also be regular times when you have the flat to yourself, due to travel/childcare commitments that we both have. So you get two interesting and friendly flatmates, but only need to share with one of us at a time :).

We are both professionals, very busy running our own businesses. However, we are also social, friendly, and you will always feel welcome at the flat.

Whilst there is a living room at the flat, it is off limits. However, you will have full access to the kitchen/dining room and all its facilities.

The flat itself is a well kept, very spacious maisonette over 3 floors.

Monthly rent includes all bills and access to BT broadband. £600 per month for 2 nights per week or £750 per month for 3 nights per week. Happy to run the agreement month-to-month, ideally looking for an initial 2 month commitment.
