Spacious En-suite Room Streatham - Bills Included

I’m currently subletting this large en-suite double room in Streatham common from 10th November to May 10th whilst I’m away. The room is extremely spacious with nice views of the garden and allotment which you’ll have access to. It also comes with a very lovely en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower and toilet so you don’t have to share with any of the other tenants.

The house is lovely large property with 6 other housemates but due to its size it never feels crowded. The kitchen is a share space and is big enough for multiple people as there are two ovens, 2 hobs, 2 fridges and 2 sinks. The housemates are all guys ranging from the ages of 25-40 and are sociable and so it’s important we have someone that can fit into the dynamic of the place, and someone who is clean and personable.

We are extremely well located being less than a 5min walk to Streatham common station. If you require access to the underground a 5 min journey to Balham will bring you to the northern line and so it’s easy to get anywhere.
Shop wise there’s a Lidl 10min walk from the house, and a sainsbury local and coop local 5min walk away. There is a huge Tesco around 15min walk (or 2mins on train) on Streatham Main Road. There you’ll also have access to The Gym group and plenty of other shops, cafes and restaurants

The house has a weekly cleaner attend the property at no extra cost who is responsible for cleaning the shared kitchen and bathrooms but the expectation is that you also ensure these places are well maintained.

The agreement is for the person to stay for a period of 4-6 months as a sublet and will be subject to meeting me and passing screening and reference process.
