Room to rent in Streatham Common

We have a large double room for rent in our house share in Streatham common.

Rent is £710 a month and then with bills on top it works out to about £900 all in. The landlord is great and is reachable via WhatsApp very easily.

THE ROOM:
Large double room with an en suite bathroom. It has fantastic storage space and a lovely view of Streatham. The room is very spacious.

REST OF THE HOUSE:
There is a big shared living room including a big TV which we've made use of for chilling together or having friends round. The kitchen is spacious and includes two fridges/freezers, washing machine etc. And we also have a lovely garden and patio that are particularly useful during the summer months.

HOUSEMATES:
It's a very homely house and we’ve all moved in only months ago, from April/may. Over that time, it’s been a proper home, not just a house, and we all get along super well with each other. We’re a neat and tidy bunch who all run on totally different schedules but when we do see each other it’s always a good time.

You’ll be sharing with Georgia (myself), Dom and another Georgia. We are looking for a laid back, tidy and fun friend to join us :)

LOCATION:
The house has brilliant transport links, only 5-10 min walk to either Streatham or Streatham Common station, both with great connections to central London. It's also very close to Tooting, Balham, Clapham and Brixton.

There are plenty of supermarkets around and lots of pubs and cafes in the area (particular shout out to Cut The Mustard).
