Room to rent in Streatham Common

We have a double room for rent in Streatham common.

Rent is £710 a month and then with bills on top it works out to about £820 all in. The landlord is great and is reachable via WhatsApp very easily.

THE ROOM:
Large double room at the top of the house with its own en suite! You have the best spot in terms of space and minimal noise from anywhere else. Large windows that let in lots
Of light and the room comes fully furnished with a couple extras I will leave too.

I have not yet been able to take pictures but I have a video that SpareRoom for some reason won’t let me attach. I will take pictures very soon.

Shelving space outside the room (amazing for shoes).

REST OF THE HOUSE:
There is a big shared living room including a big TV which we've made use of for chilling together or having friends round. The kitchen is spacious and includes two fridges/freezers, washing machine etc. And we also have a lovely garden and patio that are particularly useful during the summer months.

HOUSEMATES:
It's a very homely house and we’ve all moved in over the past year, from April/may. Over that time, it’s been a proper home, not just a house, and we all get along super well with each other. We’re a neat and tidy bunch who all run on totally different schedules but when we do see each other it’s always a good time.

You’ll be sharing with Lyle, Dom and Margaret. We are looking for a laid back, tidy and fun friend to join us :)

LOCATION:
The house has brilliant transport links, only 5-10 min walk to either Streatham or Streatham Common station, both with great connections to central London. It's also very close to Tooting, Balham, Clapham and Brixton.

There are plenty of supermarkets around and lots of pubs and cafes in the area (particular shout out to Cut The Mustard).
