I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the end of November / early December. The room is a huge en-suite bedroom with loads of storage and a great WFH setup.

You’ll be living with two lovely girls (25 & 26) — genuinely the sweetest people, I’ll miss them so much 🥹 There’s also a third housemate moving out in the new year, so if you have a friend who might want to move in later, let me know!

Ideally looking for someone mid-to-late 20s who’s up for being friends, not just housemates - think movie nights, hot girl walks to cute coffee spots, pub trips, and the occasional night out 🪩🍻

Rent: waiting on the updated tenancy for 2026 (hopefully should know this week) that will come into play in Jan, but I currently pay £820 + ~£100 bills.
