Cosy double room in Streatham Common

Hi! I’m moving out of this beautiful double room in a four-bed flat in a semidetached house just off Streatham Common.

This house really feels like a home as you’ll be living with Clara, Conor and Hannah (mid twenties) who really put effort in making the flat feel homely and welcoming. This is also a queer household, so if you are between the ages off 22-33ish and queer please feel free to contact us!

You’d ideally be clean, tidy and considerate.

The house has one bathroom with a shower/bath and a WC/loo room. The kitchen/living room area is open plan, spacious and fully equipped with lots of natural light.

We love getting together in the kitchen after a long day sometimes get a cheeky local takeaway as food options in Streatham are great.

The room is spacious, with big windows overlooking the downstairs neighbours garden (who are lovely!!)
The room comes furnished with a double bed, closet, a clothes rack and a chest of drawers which are mine and happy to leave with you for free.

The neighbourhood is very friendly, quiet and vibrant (super leafy at this time of the year!!), just a 2-3 minute walk from the lovely common, which is lush all year round with a lovely local coffee shop.

There is a Lidl within a 8 min walk, a big Sainsbury’s with 10’ and a Tesco extra, an M&S and Aldi within a 15 min walk on Streatham high street.

The house is very conveniently located as there are buses to Tooting, Clapham (underground), Anerley/Crystal palace (overground) and Croydon (tram) with a 5’ walk.

Stretham station which is a 15 min walk (takes less google maps exaggerates sometimes) on the high street has frequent train services to St Albans, London Bridge and Sutton.

Stretham common and Norbury train stations are also a 15’ walk away with southwestern railway trains.

The deposit is £649 and bills come around to £100 pounds monthly.
