This room will be professionally deep cleaned after the existing tenancy, with new bed linen, with new duvets and pillows. There is also a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table. And there's concealed mood lighting in the bedroom and En-suite.
Huge kitchen diner with 2 cooker/ovens, 2 sinks, 3 fridge/freezers, dishwasher and washing machine integrated into the units.

It’s hard to beat the connivance of this place. Just 4 minutes walk to Streatham Common Station, with Streatham Station a little further away. At the end of the road there are a host of local shops including grocers, take-aways, cafes, pizzeria and post office ect. Then about 10 minutes away there is what's listed as Europe's longest high street with all the main supermarkets, gyms, cafes and just countless other amenities. There is also a sports centre, an an Ice rink and a highly reputed jazz club.
Trains from our stations get to Victoria in 18mins, London Bridge in a bit longer and there’s a Thames link going through central London. One stop away, about 5 minutes ride is Balham where you can transfer to the tube. Yet the house is on a quiet residential road.
The property is safe and secure with external CCTV, professional-grade fire alarm and all relevant fire safety provisions such as fire-proof doors and emergency lighting.
There is a metal bike shed and a fantastic garden with all the extras to enjoy. If you are interested in gardening I have rented two allotment plots immediately behind our garden all included with the bills. (there is no responsibility for tenants to maintain the garden as that will be done for you).
All bills are included in the rent including super fast 1TB internet and a cleaner who comes every week for 3 hours. (for the communal areas)
There is free parking on this road too.
The residents are keen to maintain a great homely atmosphere here with a fulfilling balance between private spaces and 'communal vibe' where housemates have a social aptitude towards getting on well and cleaning up after themselves but not living in each other's pockets.
We do like maintaining the place with a high level of cleanliness. For example as there is plenty of storage space in the kitchen, we require clutter free worktops in the kitchen and no items left for washing later in the sinks. It is also a place where we don't wear outside footwear in the house with plenty of shoe racks in the porch. two years ago we unfortunately had to give an eviction notice to someone who persistently fell short of our cleanliness requirements so please be sure this place suits you.
It's not a party or student house, with a requirement that music, TV etc should not be heard in the next room after 8pm.
