Large double room in Streatham Common

Hi all!

I’ll be moving from my big cosy room to live closer to work, so it will be available from February 1st.

The room is large with wooden floorboards and comes fully furnished.
You’ll be sharing the house with Kieran, Catherine and Harry (moving out in March). Everyone in the household is lovely and sociable. We’re a pretty quiet household, this isn’t a party house, but of course the more the merrier when it comes to friends and partners coming around.
The current lease ends in March, however, will then be renewed for a year.
You’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate as the upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom.
Bills are not included, but only come to around £80 per month, varying slightly dependant on the season.

8 minute walk to Streatham Common station, 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus to Tooting Broadway. Close to Sainsbury’s, Lidl, ALDI and Tesco.
