Double room - flat to yourself most of the week

I’m looking for a lodger to stay in the large double room of my flat. I no longer live in London but am required to go to the office 1-2 days a week so I often stay in the single room in the flat on Tuesday nights usually but otherwise I am very rarely there and I’m looking for someone who will look after the flat as though it is their home.

The flat is very bright and cosy and the sitting room, bathroom and kitchen are all shared areas with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a bath and shower and the kitchen has a dishwasher as well as all the normal kitchen appliances. It is on the second floor of a detached Victorian house and has a private garden space at the back shared with the first floor flat. It is opposite a primary school (but you can’t hear them from the flat) and is on a well lit road with free street parking.

It’s a 5 min walk to Streatham Common station which is connected by the overground to Victoria, Clapham Junction, London Bridge and Balham. It’s a 10 min walk to Streatham station which has the Thameslink to connect to the City and Kings Cross. The common is 5 mins walk away and there is a Sainsbury’s, Aldi and 24hr Tescos all within a 10 min walk.

I’m looking for someone easy going who doesn’t mind living on their own most of the week and on the nights I’m there I’m equally happy to chat and watch tv with them or just have a quiet evening in doing our own thing. Gas, wifi and electricity and council tax are included. Looking for someone to move in asap.
