Two rooms next to Streatham Common

Two spare rooms in a house next to Streatham Common, sharing with a sociable relaxed guy from Australia working in IT systems. I am looking for some easy going chilled housemates, who are happy to pitch in with the housework and maintaining a clean and friendly environment.

The house is south facing and has a large garden which is being slowly landscaped, it's located in quite upmarket conservation area on the south side of a hill.

There is a Lidl supermarket in 3 mins walk, a large sainsbury's, swimming pool, pubs, cafes in 5 to 10 mins walk.
