Double bed room with ensuite and own kitchen

Hi,

We have just finished renovating the top floor of our newly acquired victorian house in Streatham Common and we would like to rent the top floor out to anyone that is interested.
The top floor consists of a massive bedroom, a kitchen, your own living room with plenty of space for a desk and storage. We are offering the space either furnished or unfurnished. You will see in the photos we have some furniture but we can add/remove depending on your situation. Everything in the photos is new except for the bed and fridge.
Think of it as an annex, you will be entering through the main entrance of the house and up the stairs to second floor where you will have your own space, not to be shared with anyone. This is not a professional agency type letting, we are both professionals, we value our privacy but would also welcome the opportunity to occasionally socialise and have a meal together or the occasional glass of wine. We have two small dogs (Shih Tzus) that are extremely friendly, social and playful. The monthly cost includes all bills and a cleaner every two weeks.

Smoking is strictly prohibited either in the house, or anywhere around the house eg. garden
