Large double room in homely flat

Large double room near Streatham common.

I am moving out in late Feb/early march but can be flexible on date's. The room is huge with lots of storage. You will be living with a 34 year old female, working in media (working from home Mondays & Fridays).

Looking for someone who is respectful, clean and enjoys the occasional wine at the local.

The room is massive, with built in wardrobes, fully furnished e. g. Desk, bed side tables, plus additional storage elsewhere in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (this is all shared).

The area is lovely, with cute pubs and coffee shops near by. 30 minutes to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Clapham Junction and 25 to Victoria. Plus a short bus journey to Brixton, Balham & Tooting.

There is plenty of gyms near by and it's close to the common (for the days it doesn't rain)

The rent is £1050 PM, we currently have a joint account and pay an additional 250 which covers bills, cleaner and a buffer which usually covers cleaning bits and a treat at the end of the month if needed.

Please note the flat is currently up for sale so it’s a rolling contract. The landlord will give plenty of notice though. He has said it’s likely not going to happen soon so it could be 6-12 months.
