I have a spacious double en-suite room available in a large, peaceful ground-floor garden flat, ideally located directly opposite a beautiful park.

The flat offers the perfect balance of privacy and comfort. Despite its generous size, it feels cosy, modern and inviting. The lounge/kitchen is bright, clean and stylish, genuinely a lovely space to spend time in. The private garden is quiet, green and completely shielded from the street.

About Us

You’d be living with:

Danielle (me) – 30, Irish. Clean, considerate and easygoing. I love hosting (garden get-togethers in the summer) socialising with flatmates and creating a warm, welcoming space. I’m into Pilates, run clubs, hot girl walks, pamper nights and cosy movie nights (especially Bridget Jones).

I’m moving into into the other double room end of Feb and I’m very excited to create a home there.

I also have a gorgeous 1-year-old girl cocker spaniel who is incredibly calm, friendly and well behaved. She’s fully house-trained and very much a sweet, low-drama addition to the home.

Lenny – Easy-going young professional studying law, currently in France and only back about once a month.

What I’m Looking For

More than just a flatmate, I’d love someone who wants to enjoy the space and build a home. Be considerate and kind to each other and become friends vs just flatmates.

Equally, I really respect alone time and understand the importance of space and decompressing after a long day. It’s about balance, good energy and mutual respect.
