Double room in sunny Streatham Common garden flat

Hi, I’m Haydn, a 47 (don’t feel it) y/o gay guy living in Streatham common with my 17 month old podenco pup, Pablo. We moved into a Lovely 2 bedroom (south-facing) garden flat just over a month ago and am now looking for someone to take the spacious second room. The main living area is fully furnished, there’s bike storage at the side of the flat and free street parking.

The flat and area is pretty peaceful, however there’s loads going on around Streatham if you want it - coffee shops, pop-up brewery, 2 great pubs at the end of the street, and 5 minute walk to Streatham common station with good links to Victoria and London Bridge.

During the week I’m very routine-driven, up at 5am to gym/dog walk before work and in bed by 9pm 😅 But much more relaxed at the weekend and love a pub day/night out.

I personally love music and have a decent vinyl collection. I go to a lot of gigs and can’t do a summer without a music festival. Healthy cooking and exercise is very important to me - though I’m not obsessed and definitely enjoy drinks and eating out. I work for a charity as a Salesforce Administrator - wfh on Mondays and Fridays.

I’m clean/tidy, calm and considerate of others’ space. I’m social and looking for more than just co-existence, though equally enjoy my down-time. Pablo is also super-active but loves curling up on the couch in the evening.
