The flat is well-located centrally between Streatham Common and Norbury Stations, each being about a 10 minute walk. Buses 50, 109, 250, 255, & G1 stop a few hundred metres away.

Close by is the Sainsbury’s superstore, and large Lidl, with the large Tesco, M&S food hall and Aldi slightly further away by Streatham Station. A Chemist is about 100 metres away, as are several fast food outlets and small general store.

The shared kitchen has a washing machine, large frost-free fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave, plus a hoover. There is a small dining table and three chairs. The shower room has just been completely renovated. Included in the rent is Council Tax and Broadband.

Also included is cleaning of the communal areas, including the kitchen, toilet, shower room, stairs and corridors twice per month. Tenants are expected to keep these areas clean between these times, as well as their own rooms. Gas CH and electric are shared and paid for by the tenants. 

There are currently two rooms available:

Room 1 is bright, with two double glazed windows. It contains a double bed, free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers, a large mirror, plus its own fridge. Floor is wood laminate. The tenant in this room shares the shower room and toilet with one other tenant. 

Room 3 is the larger one, which could almost be called a “bed sit”. It has just been re-decorated and has a double bed, side cupboard, built-in double wardrobe, two kitchen units, work surface and a space for your own fridge. It also has its own en-suite shower, toilet and basin. There is also a desk and chair for those who do work at home. The floor is wood laminated, with tiles on the bathroom floor and walls.
