Looking for a friendly, considerate professional to join a relaxed, well-kept house in leafy Streatham. We have one spacious double room available for an immediate move-in.

The Room & House
The room is a spacious, sun-filled double with plenty of storage and space for a desk—perfect for those who work from home. It can be provided furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs.

You’ll share a modern kitchen-diner, a cosy lounge, and a large modern bathroom. There is also a private garden, which is a great spot for a morning coffee or relaxing after work.

The Housemates
You will be sharing with three professionals (two females and one male). We are a friendly, active, and easy-going group who enjoy our own independent lives but appreciate a warm atmosphere at home.

We treat this as a proper home rather than just a flatshare. We really value coming home to a calm, tidy, and peaceful environment and are looking for a housemate who shares that same respect for a clean and relaxed living space.
