Friendly easygoing flatmate in a cute flat

Hi! I’m looking for someone to share my flat with in Streatham Common because my lovely friend is moving abroad!

The room is available from the 1st of June and is £1000 including bills. It’s a 5 min walk to Streatham Common station and 10 min walk to Streatham station - great links to Victoria, Balham, Brixton, Herne Hill, or the City.

Note that the furniture (except bed) belongs to the current occupier, but can be replaced according to the new occupiers choice. The room is also a lot brighter than it looks in photos.

Looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate, and enjoys making a home feel calm, cosy, and lived in rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m aged 30, work in energy/climate consulting, so weekdays can be fairly busy, but outside work I’m usually doing something active or creative. I’m into long runs, aerial silks/hoop, hiking, camping, interiors/design, good coffee, galleries, and exploring London (or escaping it for the countryside whenever possible). But also love a chill night too.

I’m sociable and enjoy the occasional dinner, wine night, or spontaneous plan, but I also value downtime and a peaceful home environment. I’m tidy without being obsessive, respectful of shared spaces, and ideally looking for someone similar, independent, easy to live with, and up for the occasional chat or shared meal.
